From the ‘Official Chris Barber Archive’ 🗃️

In 2009, the 25th anniversary of Jazz Ascona was celebrated, featuring among others the famous Chris Barber with his Big Chris Barber Band and … the Hurricane Brassband.

The Hurricane Brassband had the honour of performing at the Gala Night in Hotel Eden Roc, ahead of the Big Chris Barber Band’s concert. From the archives of the Official Chris Barber Archive, we have also unearthed the following document for you, written by Andreas Wandfluh.
